Other devices with USB C – Oneplus 6 , Oneplus 7(non pro model) , Poco , Redmi / Xiomi phones and all other phones do not support USB C to HDMI. If you have a doubt you can either search online or send us your model number and we can confirm if this unit will work for you. The main reason that the device is not compatible with the above phones is that, the phones listed above do not support MHL / USBC to HDMI on its backplane, yet.
How to check: You can also test the same by a search online in general for “phone model MHL” example “your phone model mhl” or “Phone model HDMI out”.
